Processing

Orders placed after 3:00 PM Mountain will not be processed until the following business day. 

 

Shipping

Due to our vast offerings, all ceramics are made upon order. Depending on the time of year Most orders will ship 10 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS from the date the order is processed. Large orders, complex pieces, etc.. may take a few days longer. If you need your items prior to this, please reach out to us and we will do our best to fulfill your order sooner. Total shipments weighing under 1 LB will be shipped using USPS First Class, most orders over 1 LB will be shipped USPS Priority. Items that are eligible to be shipped through USPS Media Mail will be shipped using that service. On some larger/heavier items UPS Ground shipping or FedEx will be used. 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after placing the order. If you cancel the order after 24 hours a restocking fee of 25% will be applied.

 

Returns

Once the purchased items are delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items returned due to arriving damaged or not as described are eligible for a full or partial Refund. If requested the item must be returned (postage paid by Creative Kreations Ceramics & Gifts). For items that the buyer changes their mind on, or no longer wants will be eligible for a full or partial refund based on how the item arrives back to Creative Kreations Ceramics & Gifts. The postage in these cases must be paid for by the buyer. 

 

Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] or initiate the return through the original order on the users account. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

All returned merchandise should be sent to us at 251 Parsons Street , Blackfoot, ID, 83221.

Refunds and Exchanges

After we have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

 

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
